Refund in Exceptional Circumstances

 

Compassionate or compelling circumstances include:

 

• Serious illness or medical condition;

• Bereavement or loss of a close family member;

• Significant personal hardship;

• Victim of crime, accident, or natural disaster;

• Major disruption to family or living circumstances.

 

Refunds in these cases may be granted at the discretion of the Dean, based on supporting documentation.
